ABHR Celebrates Sam Rayburn Day

At Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, we are proud that our work helps the great state of Texas to grow, develop, and flourish. We also recognize those who have devoted their lives to doing the same, such as Sam Rayburn (1882-1961), whom we honor today.

Sam Rayburn was a Texas legislator, congressman, and longtime speaker of the United States House of Representatives. He was known for affecting change and connecting opposing parties through persuasion and humor—and we remain inspired by his legacy today.

“Drudgery, darkness, and muddy roads are not conducive to anything that is good.”
