Christopher Jordan, Partner

Chris has practiced for more than 25 years in the areas of public law and public finance. Chris serves as bond counsel, general counsel, and disclosure counsel to special-purpose governmental entities that finance, construct and operate road and utility infrastructure throughout Texas. He also represents private developers in the creation of special-purpose districts throughout counties and TCEQ.

Clay Crawford, Senior Counsel

For more than 25 years, Clay has represented Texas developers and water districts which provide utility and road infrastructure to development of all types. Clay also represents private developers in negotiations with local government entities in various land and economic development matters.

Jonathan Finke, Counsel

Jonathan’s practice focuses on public finance, urban development law, and local government regulation. Jonathan serves as counsel to special purpose districts in North Texas, including municipal utility districts, water control and improvement districts, and fresh water supply districts that provide for the financing and construction of water, sewer, and drainage facilities and other public infrastructure.
