Project Highlight – Veramendi

ABHR attorneys Trey Lary, Paul Harle, and legal assistant Emily Kirby are proud to have advised on Veramendi, the first-of-its-kind community near New Braunfels, Texas.

Veramendi is a mixed-use development covering more than 2,400 acres with nearly two miles of Guadalupe River frontage. Embracing the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country, the development includes miles of trails and parkland, while offering residents great schools, high-end retail, and modern amenities. ASA Properties, LJA, and Masterson Advisors LLC were great partners in the financing and development of this important project.
