ABHR attorney Kelsey Taylor recently moderated a panel titled “Developing the Master Plan: MPCs and Residential Development in DFW” which was hosted by the Urban Land Institute’s Dallas-Fort Worth chapter. Topics included the future of master planned communities, financial mechanisms to help reimburse developers for the cost of public infrastructure, and an overview of the North Texas market.
