Midline Community Breaks Ground

Congratulations to Brookfield Properties and Coventry Development on the groundbreaking of Midline, a visionary 1,066-acre master-planned community just 20 miles south of Houston!

This vibrant new community will bring 2,800 homes to life in an amenity-rich setting designed to “bring people and ideas together.” Midline connects residents with nature through up to 14 miles of trails—including one spanning the entire community—lush green spaces, and the Midline Club, a welcoming hub for gatherings and recreation.
