Ladies In Land June Meeting

ABHR was thrilled to host the Austin and Houston chapters of Ladies in Land in Land for their June meetings.

Julie Peak, President of Masterson Advisors LLC, delivered an insightful presentation, “Texas Tax Law and Land Development: Understanding the Impact on Proformas,” at our Houston office to a packed audience. The Houston Ladies in Land chapter joined in person, while the Austin chapter gathered for lunch, networking, and a live simulcast to our Central Texas office. Julie’s expertise offered practical strategies for navigating tax law in land development.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped organize this dynamic event!
