Village At Gateway Project Wins Award

Congratulations to the teams at StreetLevel Investments and Edge Realty Partners for the Dallas Business Journal naming their project, Village At Gateway, Best Retail Project of the Year!

This 143-acre retail center in the fast-growing city of Forney, Texas, is set to redefine the area’s commercial landscape. The first phase will deliver 500,000 square feet of premium retail space, with development unfolding in strategic phases thereafter. The project required intricate negotiations, resulting in a vital public-private partnership that paved the way for this visionary development, including a new bridge to enhance traffic flow.

The Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP team is pleased to have worked on this project and congratulate everyone involved on this award-winning development.
