ABHR Presents CE Program To Area Realtors

ABHR Partner Angie Lutz Presents TREC-Accredited MUD 101 Course at Johnson Development’s Jubilee Community

Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP partner Angie Lutz recently presented a TREC-accredited MUD 101 continuing education course to realtors working in the community surrounding Johnson Development’s new master-planned community, Jubilee.

Angie highlighted the critical role of Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) in enabling high-quality, planned developments like Jubilee and explained how special districts support attainable housing in a rapidly growing state and region. The TREC-approved CE program is a two-hour accredited course covering the basics of how MUDs and special districts operate, the developer reimbursement model for public infrastructure, the benefits for homeowners in the community, and the transparency provided to homebuyers purchasing homes in a MUD.

“MUDs are essential tools for supporting and facilitating growth in Texas. They often serve as the foundation for exceptional communities like Jubilee, and we are grateful for this accredited program that allows us to share this knowledge with area realtors,” said Angie Lutz, ABHR Partner.

A heartfelt thank you to the Johnson Development team for the invitation and for hosting this impactful event for area realtors!
