Directions

From I-10 West:

Take I-10 Exit onto 610 South, exit onto Hwy 59 North (Downtown), also called Southwest Freeway. Take the Buffalo Speedway exit and turn left onto Buffalo Speedway under the Freeway and heading north. Immediately turn left at the very first median cut (between the tall green glass), which is Phoenix Tower. Signs for “Visitor Parking” will be on the right.

 

From I-10 East:

Exit onto Hwy 59 South (Southwest Freeway). Take the exit for Buffalo Speedway and turn right onto Buffalo Speedway, heading north. Immediately turn left at the very first median cut (between the tall green glass), which is Phoenix Tower. Signs for “Visitor Parking” will be on the right.

 

From I-45 (North or South):

Exit onto Hwy 59 South (Southwest Freeway), Take the exit for Buffalo Speedway and turn right onto Buffalo Speedway, heading north. Immediately turn left at the very first median cut (between the tall green glass), which is Phoenix Tower. Signs for “Visitor Parking” will be on the right.

 

Once in the building:

Go to the 9th floor sky lobby to change elevator banks and proceed to the 26th floor offices of Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP.

Directions

From I-35 North Bound:

Take exit 234C toward 6th Street/12th Street.; Merge on I35 Frontage Rd and turn left on 8th Street.; Turn right on Congress Avenue. To proceed the parking garage, see instructions below.

 

From Mopac South:

Take the 5th Street exit from TX-1 Loop N; Use the right two lanes to merge onto 5th Street.; Take left on Congress Avenue. To proceed to the parking garage, see instructions below.

 

From Mopac North:

Take the Enfield/15th Street exit and head east. Turn right on Guadalupe and turn left on 9th Street; Turn left on Congress Avenue. To proceed to the parking garage, see instructions below.

 

Parking Garage:

The building’s parking garage is located on the corner of Congress and 10th Street. (North side of building); To access the garage from one way travel, turn left on 9th Street, another left on Brazos Street, left on 10th Street and access the garage on the left. Valet is available at the security gate.

 

Access to building from the garage: After parking, take the garage elevator to the lobby; Exit elevator to access building elevators to the 15th floor.

 

Public Parking:

Public metered parking is available on Congress Ave. and 10th Street.; Several public garages are available nearby for an hourly rate.

North Texas

Directions

From the North:

Take 75S (North Central Expressway) to the Knox/Henderson/Monticello exit (Exit 2) and turn right on Knox Street.  Proceed on Knox to Cole Avenue and turn left.  From Cole Avenue turn left onto Armstrong Avenue.  The garage entrance to Highland Park Place will be on the left.  Bring your parking ticket to the office for validation.

 

From the East:

Take I-30 W to Elm Street, take Exit 47B towards 75N/McKinney, Knox/Henderson/Monticello exit (Exit 2) and turn left on Knox Street.  Proceed on Knox to Cole Avenue and turn left.  From Cole Avenue turn left onto Armstrong Avenue.  The garage entrance to Highland Park Place will be on the left. Bring your parking ticket to the office for validation.

 

From the South:

Take I-45 North until it merges with 75N; follow directions toward 75N/McKinney.  Take the Knox/Henderson/Monticello exit (Exit 2) and turn left on Knox Street.  Proceed on Knox to Cole Avenue and turn left.  From Cole Avenue turn left onto Armstrong Avenue.  The garage entrance to Highland Park Place will be on the left. Bring your parking ticket to the office for validation.

 

From the West:

Take I-30 East, Take Exit 45A to I-35E/Denton, follow signs for I-45/US-75/Commerce Street; follow signs for I-35E N/Denton and merge onto TX-366 Spur E (Woodall Rogers Freeway).  Use the left 2 lanes to merge onto US75N toward McKinney.  Take the Knox/Henderson/Monticello exit (Exit 2) and turn left on Knox Street.  Proceed on Knox to Cole Avenue and turn left.  From Cole Avenue turn left onto Armstrong Avenue.  The garage entrance to Highland Park Place will be on the left. Bring your parking ticket to the office for validation.
