Aaron practices public law with an emphasis on land development, water districts, and tax-exempt finance.
Aaron serves as general counsel and bond counsel to various special purpose local governments that provide for the financing and construction of water, sewer, drainage, roads, and park and recreational facilities, as well as other development infrastructure. Aaron also works with private developers to structure development agreements with cities, counties, and other local government entities for public participation in commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
