Allison works with special purpose districts, such as municipal utility districts and water control and improvement districts, both in the role of general counsel and bond counsel.

In these capacities, Allison represents her clients in public law matters, contract negotiations and preparation, the administration of public meetings, and regulatory compliance. Allison further brings to her practice skills previously learned as a commercial litigator.
