Michele oversees the operations of the firm’s three offices, including finance, human resources, information technology, space planning, special events, records management, and office systems. She works closely with the firm’s partnership and Executive Committee to implement strategic objectives that support the firm’s ability to deliver exceptional service to its clients. Prior to joining ABHR, Michele practiced law for more than twenty years, bringing a deep understanding of both legal practice and firm management to her operational leadership role.
Her experience allows her to anticipate the needs of attorneys and staff and to develop systems and processes that promote efficiency, collaboration, and long-term stability. Michele values ABHR’s culture of mutual respect and shared purpose. She believes the firm’s success is rooted in a collective understanding that every role contributes to building sustainable, vibrant communities where Texans can live, work, and play.
