Michele oversees the operations of the firm’s three offices; including its finance, human resources, information technology, space planning, special events, recordkeeping and office systems functions.

Working closely with the firm’s partnership and Executive Committee, Michele implements their strategic objectives in a manner that allows ABHR’s personnel to provide the best possible service to firm clients.  Prior to joining ABHR, Michele was a practicing lawyer for more than twenty years.
