AWBD Midwinter Conference Reception

We loved having the Association of Water Board Directors – Texas Midwinter Conference in Dallas this year, where ABHR opened a new office just last year. It was nice that some of our ABHR colleagues from Austin and Houston were in town for the conference and could join us for happy hour in our new office space.
