ABHR has played a defining role in shaping Texas’ land development and public infrastructure landscape.
The firm’s founding partners were instrumental in establishing the Association of Water Board Directors (AWBD), a statewide organization to promote unity and education among special districts. Today, AWBD has grown to include more than 900 member districts.
