Exciting news from POWERHOUSE Data Centers, the data center development arm of Provident Realty Advisors! The developer recently unveiled plans for a massive 768-acre hyperscale data center campus in Grand Prairie, TX, as part of the Goodland, a transformative 5,000-acre master-planned community, set to house 50,000 residents at buildout. The campus will roll out in three phases, featuring 24 buildings with a whopping 1.8 gigawatts of power capacity. Phase 1 is on track to go live by May 2026!
