Audrey advises special purpose district boards on a range of public law matters, including contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and the administration of public meetings. She also works with private developers to structure development agreements with cities and counties that provide for public participation in projects across Texas. Audrey’s experience includes representing the Elyson Master District, the North Fort Bend Water Authority, and multiple Mission Bend–area districts. Audrey serves on the North Fort Bend Water Authority’s Communication, Conservation, and Reuse Committee, where she supports water reuse initiatives that have measurable regional impact. She values the variety inherent in district work and the long-term relationships built with clients, consultants, and fellow professionals over the course of complex projects.
Audrey brings additional perspective to her practice from her prior experience as a real estate attorney at a large national law firm. She appreciates ABHR’s strong emphasis on training, support, and shared knowledge, and appreciates the firm’s collaborative environment where continuous learning and teamwork drive successful outcomes for clients.
