Lauryn works with special purpose districts, such as municipal utility districts, public improvement districts and municipal management districts. Lauryn serves as general counsel and bond counsel to various special purpose districts that provide for financing and construction of water, sewer, drainage, roads and other development infrastructure.
Lauryn serves as general counsel and bond counsel to special purpose local governments that provide water, sewer, drainage, road, and park facilities to developments of all types across the greater Central Texas region. Before joining ABHR, Lauryn’s practice focused on renewable energy transactions such as the acquisition and sale of renewable energy projects, joint ventures, project development and matters concerning engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements. Lauryn’s prior practice included representing lenders, including bilateral and multilateral develop finance agencies, and borrowers in structuring, negotiating, documents and implementing domestic and international project financings.
