Rob’s practice focuses on urban development, with an emphasis on the acquisition and financing of critical infrastructure facilities serving residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects. He serves as general counsel and bond counsel to special purpose local governments throughout the greater Houston region. Rob advises clients on public law matters, including governance, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and the administration of public meetings. He also represents private developers in negotiations with cities, counties, and other local governmental entities on land use and economic development matters involving public participation.
Rob has worked on a wide range of district and development projects, including Montgomery County Municipal Utility District Nos. 145 and 150, Waller County MUD No. 54, Brazoria County MUD No. 89, and projects associated with Valley Ranch and Colton. His practice reflects a focus on thoughtful infrastructure planning and practical solutions that support sustainable growth and long-term community development.
