ABHR attorneys practice in public finance and public infrastructure, advising on land development matters and local government regulation while serving as general counsel and bond counsel to special purpose districts responsible for building and maintaining essential public facilities.

Sanjay practice centers on public law, development, and local government representation. He advises public entities on a broad range of matters, including governance issues, contract drafting and negotiation, compliance with state and federal regulations, and the conduct of public meetings. Sanjay works closely with boards, staff, and consultants to provide clear, practical guidance that supports effective decision-making and long-term planning. In addition, Sanjay represents private developers in negotiating and structuring development agreements with cities and other local governmental entities to facilitate public participation in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. His work often involves balancing public objectives with private development goals to help projects move forward efficiently and responsibly.

Sanjay brings valuable transactional experience to his practice from his prior work as a mergers and acquisitions attorney at several of the nation’s premier law firms. His background informs his strategic, business-oriented approach and enables him to anticipate issues and deliver thoughtful, solutions-driven counsel to his clients.
