Congratulations to everyone involved in the Village at Gateway project, which was named as “Deal of the Year” in the Retail, Lease, or Project category by D CEO as part of their annual Commercial Real Estate Awards. Village at Gateway is a 120-acre mixed-use development in Forney, Texas, comprised of 500,000 square feet of retail space and is one of the largest ground-up retail projects under construction in the country.
