Erica serves as general counsel and bond counsel to special purpose districts that provide water, sewer, drainage, road, and park infrastructure to communities throughout Texas. She represents her clients in public law matters, contract negotiations, and the administration of public meetings and regulatory compliance. She also works with private developers in negotiations with local government entities on large scale land development matters. Erica brings her skills from her previous role ats an investment management lawyer at a large national law firm to her current role.
Erica works with numerous municipal management districts including Forney Municipal Management District No. 1 of Kaufman County, North Johnson County Municipal Management District No. 1, Myrtle Creek Municipal Management District of Ellis County.
