The event gathered county treasurers, financial leaders, and policymakers from across the state for four days of professional development, networking, and recognition.
Vinson’s presentation focused on strategies for counties to collaborate with Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) in developing vibrant, resilient, and sustainable communities. The conference, hosted by CTAT Region 12 under the leadership of Fort Bend County Treasurer Bill Rickert, featured a range of sessions on topics including cybersecurity, budgeting modernization, emergency management, and public service leadership. Rickert was honored as a statewide finalist for Treasurer of the Year during the event.
