ABHR Central Texas Volunteers

The Central Texas team at ABHR had the honor of spending a day with the Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN), mucking out homes and properties devastated by this summer’s storms.

ABHR kicked off our partnership with ADRN in July as part of our 23rd anniversary celebration, hosting volunteer events that raised thousands of dollars, donating gift cards, and preparing over 200 sanitary and hygiene bags for our fellow Texans. Last week, our Central Texas office continued this effort, supporting those in need so close to home.

ABHR Partner Trey Lary, from the ABHR Central Texas office, believes support from the area business community is simply the right thing to do.

“This is our community, our extended family. We live and work here and are fortunate to work with the developers and home builders who build Texas. We are privileged to support our neighbors and friends, and we remain committed to staying engaged, vigilant, and ensuring those impacted know they are not alone and will not be forgotten.”

Since 2009, ADRN has provided emotional, physical, and spiritual relief to over 350,000 survivors, offered long-term support to 3,600 families, and distributed over $21.5 million in disaster relief funds.

We are incredibly proud of our Austin team for their commitment and deeply grateful for ADRN and the opportunity to serve our community.
