Adisa works with special purpose districts, such as municipal utility districts and levee improvement districts, both in the role of general counsel and bond counsel, as well as with developers.  She represents districts with shared facilities as well as stand-alone districts.

In her capacity as general counsel and bond counsel, Adisa assists her clients with public law matters, regulatory compliance, administration of public meetings, community relations, and negotiation and preparation of contracts with cities, counties and other government entities.  She brings to her practice the skills she acquired from 10 years of prior experience as an Assistant United States Attorney and commercial litigator.
