Emily Bamesberger

Attorney

ABHR attorneys practice in public finance and public infrastructure, advising on land development matters and local government regulation while serving as general counsel and bond counsel to special purpose districts responsible for building and maintaining essential public facilities.

Emily advises special purpose district boards on public law matters, including contract negotiation and preparation, administration of public meetings, and regulatory compliance throughout Central Texas. She serves as both general counsel and bond counsel to municipal utility districts, and municipal management districts, representing clients including Williamson County MUDs Nos. 28 and 29, North San Gabriel MUDs Nos. 1 and 2, Sandown MUD No. 1, Travis County MUDs Nos. 10 and 34, Miralmos MUD No. 000, and Lakeway MUD No. 100.

Prior to joining ABHR, Emily practiced commercial litigation, handling matters involving the energy and securities industries as well as general contract disputes. She brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to advising special purpose districts and their boards.
