Hannah serves as general counsel and bond counsel for special purpose districts that provide for the financing and construction of water, sewer, drainage, road, and recreational facilities and other development infrastructure.
In her capacity as general counsel and bond counsel, Hannah leads clients in contract negotiations and preparation as well as the administration of public meetings and regulatory compliance. Hannah routinely represents clients before various regulatory agencies and negotiates with local, city, and county government officials regarding land development and zoning issues. Hannah further brings to her practice skills previously learned as a capital markets and mergers and acquisitions lawyer at a large national law firm.
