Hannah Bradley

Senior Attorney

ABHR attorneys focus their practice on public finance, urban development, and local government regulation. Attorneys serves as general counsel and bond counsel to special purpose districts that finance and construct public infrastructure supporting community development across Texas.

Hannah Bradley advises special district boards on contract negotiation and preparation, public meeting administration, and regulatory compliance. Hannah regularly works with local, city, and county officials on land development and zoning matters, and she represents clients before various regulatory agencies.

Her experience includes work on major master-planned communities such as Sienna, Meridiana and Cane Island, as well as Rice Village Management District and various districts throughout Brazos, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Harris and Montgomery counties.

Hannah approaches her work with a focus on long-term impact, supporting the infrastructure that enables new housing and community growth across the state.
