Jonathan serves as counsel to special purpose districts, including municipal utility districts, water control and improvement districts, and fresh water supply districts that provide for the financing and construction of water, sewer, and drainage facilities and other public infrastructure that serve communities.

Jonathan represents clients in public law matters, contract negotiations and preparation, the administrative of public meetings, regulatory compliance, and the issuance of tax-exempt bonds.  He has worked with North Texas counties, cities, developers, and other constituents to facilitate achieving the goals of clients.  Jonathan further brings to his practice skills previously learned as a litigator and contract negotiator in real estate and construction matters.
