Robert’s practice focuses on public finance, urban development, and local government regulation. Robert serves as general counsel and bond counsel to various special purpose districts that provide for the financing and construction of water, sewer, drainage, roads, park facilities, amenities, and other land development and public infrastructure across North Texas.
In these capacities, Robert represents his clients in public law matters, public-private partnerships, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and the administration of public meetings. Robert also works with private developers in negotiations with local government entities and in various land and economic development matters. Robert further brings to his practice skills he previously learned as a mergers and acquisitions, government affairs, and emerging technologies attorney at one of the nation’s premier global law firms.
