Bio

Savannah’s practice focuses on local government regulation and securing public funding for new, high-quality infrastructure supporting urban development throughout Texas. Savannah is counsel to various special purpose districts that enable the financing and construction of water, sewer, drainage, and road facilities, and other development infrastructure.

Savannah brings to her practice at ABHR the legal writing and counseling aspects of her former practice at some of the nation’s premier law firms, where she defended and advised some of the nation’s largest corporations on various aspects of labor and employment law. Savannah’s experience as a federal clerk further informs her writing and lawyering styles.
