Savannah Melton’s practice focuses on local government regulation and securing public funding for new, high-quality infrastructure supporting urban development throughout Texas. She serves as counsel to a variety of special purpose districts that enable the financing and construction of water, sewer, drainage, road, and other infrastructure necessary for growing communities. Savannah brings to her practice at ABHR the strong legal writing and client counseling skills developed during her prior work at several of the nation’s premier law firms. In that role, she defended and advised large corporate clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, giving her experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks and high-stakes legal issues.
Savannah’s experience as a federal judicial clerk further informs her writing and lawyering style, sharpening her analytical approach and attention to detail. She applies these skills to provide clear, well-reasoned guidance to district clients and other stakeholders, helping them move projects forward efficiently while maintaining compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
