Suewan’s practice focuses on public finance, urban development law and local government regulation.

Suewan works with special purpose districts both in the role of general counsel and bond counsel. Additionally, she has represented state agencies, cities, counties, institutions of higher education, local government corporations, municipal management districts and non-profit organizations as bond counsel and general counsel. Suewan has also served as underwriters’ counsel, disclosure counsel and trustee’s counsel.
