Teshia serves as general counsel and bond counsel to various special purpose districts, including municipal utility districts, that provide for the financing and construction of water, sewer, and drainage facilities and other public infrastructure that serve communities.

Teshia represents clients in public law matters, contract negotiations and preparation, the administrative of public meetings, regulatory compliance, and the issuance of tax-exempt bonds.  She has worked with counties, cities, residents, developers, and other constituents to facilitate achieving the goals of clients. Teshia further brings to her practice skills previously learned as a litigator and as a senior consultant in business and technology.
