ABHR attorney Clay Crawford and legal assistant Marlo Gordon were honored to play a significant role in structuring and implementing the partnership agreement for the new Viridian development in Arlington, Texas.
Viridian is a 2,200-acre mixed-use master planned community containing nearly 4,000 homes, several multi-family projects, three neighborhood amenity centers, multiple pools, a sailing center, and many parks, lakes, and trails.
Viridian was made possible by the creation of a special purpose district, the Viridian Municipal Management District, and formation of a public-private partnership among the District, developer, City, Tarrant County, Tarrant County Hospital District, and Tarrant County College District.
