ABHR’s Central Texas office extends a warm welcome to our colleague, Duggan Baker. He recently joined the Austin office to support our continued growth and better serve our clients in the region.
Duggan is new to Austin but not to ABHR. He has been with our firm for two years and serves as general counsel and bond counsel for special purpose districts that provide water, sewer, and drainage for land development projects. He also advises both private and public entities on the construction, financing, and operation of infrastructure projects.
