ABHR partner Trey Lary is speaking at the Association of Water Board Directors – Texas Midwinter Conference on January 25th in Austin. His presentation will focus on legislative updates and priorities related to water districts for the 89th Texas Legislative Session.
Trey has a strong background working with state and local government on important infrastructure policies. He has drafted significant pieces of legislation related to the administration and operation of water districts that are now found in the Water Code, Texas Local Government Code, and Texas Tax Code.
