Regional water authorities are legislatively created and construct and operate large-scale water infrastructure projects that deliver wholesale water to dozens of municipal water providers.

ABHR provides legal counsel to water authorities including the negotiation and preparation of water acquisition and supply contracts, negotiation of governmental issues with other political subdivisions, regulatory compliance, right-of-way acquisition, and bond counsel services related to infrastructure financings.

 

ABHR represents the North Channel Water Authority, North Fort Bend Water Authority, and the West Harris County Regional Water Authority.
